Four things that make your estimate accurate
None of these are required. Each one moves the number you get from a range toward a firm price.
§ Any notice you have received
If San Francisco Public Works has posted a sidewalk repair notice on your building, have it in front of you. We quote directly off the notice and close out the inspection.
△ Access and parking
Is there a driveway, a garage, an alley, a hill? On a 25-foot SF lot, access decides whether we pump, wheelbarrow, or hand-carry, and that changes the price more than square footage does.
≈ Engineer or architect drawings
For foundation work, retaining walls over 4 feet, and garage slab lowering, we bid to your engineer’s drawings. If you have them, we can scope the pour rather than guess at it.
