DECORATIVE · STAMPED · SEALED
Stone looks. Concrete lasts.
Stamped concrete gives you slate, flagstone, or brick at concrete’s price and durability — one continuous pour with no joints for weeds, no pavers to shift, and a sealed surface built for fog, salt air, and winter rain.

SCOPE OF WORK
Where stamping earns its keep
Pattern, color, and sealer chosen for how SF weather actually treats a surface — not how the catalog photo looked in Arizona.
Patios & courtyards
Back-patio pours stamped in ashlar slate, random stone, or wood-plank patterns, integrally colored so chips don’t show grey.
Pool decks
Slip-textured stamped decks that stay cooler underfoot than dark stone and shed splash water to drains instead of ponding.
Entries & walkways
Front walks and entry landings that match the architecture — a Victorian gets a different pattern language than a Sunset stucco box, and we’ll show you both.
SITE CONDITIONS · COASTAL FINISH
What fog does to decorative concrete
Decorative work fails at the surface. Coastal SF is hard on surfaces.
≈ Seal for the marine layer
Constant fog moisture, salt air on the west side, and winter rain will dull an unsealed color job in a couple of seasons. We seal every stamped pour and spec a reseal cadence so the color you bought stays the color you have.
Where the surface sees fog condensation, we use anti-slip additive in the sealer — glossy sealed concrete plus marine layer is an ice rink.
◎ Color that’s in the mix
Integral color goes through the full depth of the pour, so wear and chips show colored concrete, not grey. Surface-applied color is cheaper on day one and looks it by year three.
We’ll show you cured samples in your actual light — SF’s flat fog light reads color differently than showroom lighting.
