Your details are not sold, rented, or passed to lead brokers. Ever.

WHAT WE COLLECT
Information you give us
The estimate form on this site asks for your name, phone number, and optionally your email, the type of work, and a short description of the job. That is all of it. There is no account to create and nothing else is required.
Your Enquiry
Name, phone, email if you provide one, project type, and whatever you write in the notes box. We also record which page you sent it from, so we know what you were reading.
Technical Data
Your IP address is logged with the enquiry to help us block spam submissions. Our host and analytics also record standard web server information such as browser type and pages visited.
Everything Else
We do not ask for payment details, identification, or any sensitive personal information through this website. If a page ever asks you for that, it is not us.
HOW WE USE IT
Quoting your job, and nothing else
Your enquiry is stored on this website and emailed to us so we can respond. We use it to call you back, arrange a site visit, and prepare your estimate.
§ We do not sell it
We are the contractor, not a lead broker. Your details are not sold, shared with other contractors, or added to any marketing list you did not ask to join.
△ Who can see it
Only the people running this business. Our web host stores the data on their servers, and our email provider carries the message. Neither uses it for their own purposes.
≈ How long we keep it
We keep enquiries while a job is live and for a reasonable period afterwards for warranty and record-keeping. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

California residents have specific rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information we have collected and to request its deletion.
